On February 23, 2020, NAHU hosted its 30th Annual Capitol Conference in Washington, D.C., where agents and brokers from every part of the country came together to make a difference in the health reform debate.

Some of the impactful issues discussed by members and leaders from New York included:

  • Employer Tax Exclusion Preservation
  • Surprise Billing/Balance Billing
  • Employer Health Insurance Reporting Reform
  • COBRA as Medicare Creditable Coverage
  • Public Option/Medicare for All (choice for none)
  • Continuation of HSA Contributions after Medicare
